Creveul Sally Naomi

I have always enjoyed drawing, which is probably why I took a career in illustration. Initially qualifying as a technical illustrator in the aerospace industry, my career also included medical and scientific illustration and computer graphics.

Now primarily a pastel artist I endeavour to capture the world around me in all its detail, a main source of inspiration being the light and shadows found in our estuaries and rivers. I also enjoy painting wildlife in pastel on velour, which I find gives the subject matter an almost tactile finish.
