Bloor Mike

Mike studied Fine Art at Derby College of Art. He then worked as a Technical Artist before completing two further years as an Art teacher. After moving to Germany in his 30s he gave up painting completely and only returned to it 10 years ago.

Since then he has had considerable success, selling 75% of his paintings around the Milton Keynes and North London areas. He has also exhibited in Milton Keynes gallery.

His work is not currently on exhibition in this area.

Mike works almost exclusively in Acrylic and centres his work on people in the street. This genre is not common among amateur artists but he really enjoys the unexpected scenes that play out all around us.
